Please ensure you bring your documentation when you visit

When you come to visit us, it is imperative that you bring photographic ID and proof of your address with you every time.

Valid forms of ID include:

  • A photocard driving licence - this is perfect as it shows both a photograph and your address
  • A valid passport - if you choose to bring your passport as your photographic ID, you must also bring one of the following as proof of address:
    • A recent (within three months) utility bill
    • A recent (within three months) bank statement
    • A recent (within three months) HMRC letter
